THE STUDIO
My studio is located in the city center of Besançon, within the HÔP HOP HOP! collective.
The building is steeped in history and I am staying in a former hospital laboratory, on the first floor of Wing 2, just before the café.
And for the record, the buidling is located right between the hospital and the university, the two other places where I worked before becoming a tattoo artist... so my story continues in these places!
Hôp Hop Hop! is a collective of around sixty residents, ranging from architects to therapists, including cargo bike builders, photographers, and many other artists and craftspeople.
It's a place for cultural experimentation to reclaim the city, a shared and sharing space, an associative bar, exhibition spaces, concerts... In short, a well-known place in Besançon and which deserves to be.
I receive you by appointment only, but if my door is open during Hôp Hop Hop opening hours, do not hesitate to come in to chat :)
HOW TO COME
Train
The "Besançon Viotte" train station is 2.5 hours from Paris and 2 hours from Lyon.
From the train station, it is easy to reach my studio on foot (about 15 min) or by public transport.
Public transport
Many BUS lines stop right in front of or next to it (stops "Chamars" or "Charmas esplanade") as well as the two TRAMWAY lines T1 and T2 (stop "Chamars").
By car
There are many paid parking lots nearby.
An alternative is to use free parking (for example, the "Battant" parking lot), then reach the city center on foot or by public transport.
